描述
The base game's lend-lease can be pretty frustrating due to the insane amount of convoys needed.

This mod reduces the required number of convoys for lend-lease to 1/5 of its original value.

considering this is a feature for minor nations to get weapons, this is perfect, minor nations dont have many convoys
