At the begining of Europian growth nearly 40 years ago, certain ships were created to fill a role that Earth cruise ships did. To take customers who find their outpost lives boring on toured expeditions. Obviously this custom fell out of practice as the unkown dangers of Europa become very known. Set to the side in favor of more robust ships, the Beluga rusted and wethered. As materials waned and ships grew more expensive, it was brought to a shipyard and refurbished to fill a new role.
