描述
Bees no longer attack you when harvesting their honey while wearing the Beekeeper Hat.

An upgraded version of the original Bee Nice mod for Don't Starve, made by =|:3

This mod only modifies the harvest behavior of the Beebox and durability wear down of the Beehat in an API friendly way, so it should be compatible with everything.

Now with added DST Fish Farm mod support! Bees will no longer attack you when harvesting fishes from the fish pond.

Config options
  • Release bees: Neutral bees will be released from their beeboxes with this on. [Default off]
  • Hat degradation: Beekeeper Hat durability will go down by 2% when harvesting a beebox if turned on. [Default off]
  • Neutral spring bees: Bees won't attack you in spring while wearing the Beekeeper Hat [Default on].

It's kinda funny to see suggestions like "you should have madee it do this for the Bee Queen crown" when the mod (2014) predates Bee Queen being added to the game (Cute Fuzzy Animals update, 2016).

while configuring the mod, in your neutral spring bees option, its written "while earing the beekeeper hat" instead of wearing

You should have made it do this for the bee queen crown instead of bee keeper hat. not only would it make a lot more sense it would give an extra reward for killing the bee queen and give an extra use for the bee queen hat outside of just sanity farming.

It should be that your bees in base shouldn't attack one directly (in spring, other things are ok)

spring bees are only neutral if you wear the hat and it is spring, It works just fine for me, the hat degradation is only for harvesting bee boxes, not anything else

if it's on, you will lose durability when harvesting be boxes, 2%, and you will lose 0 if it's off, but you will still lose durability to being hit by bee's regardless of option
