描述
Adds a new faction mechanic for the Order of Loremasters

This mod allows Teclis, his Archmages, and Mages to teleport to occupied settlements and to allied settlements once the technology is upgraded. Teleportation costs Winds of Magic based on distance and has a 10-turn cooldown. If you confederate Teclis, only he retains the ability to teleport.

The mod still works. I just fixed the tech table and wanted to share it with everyone.

This mod was originally created by Thunder, not me. I’ve tried reaching out to him but haven’t received a response yet. If he ever asks me to take this down, I will remove it immediately.
