No Modlist on Loading

This is a performance/ux mod that removes the modlist at the bottom of the loading screen.

When using a modlist of over like 50 mods, this menu becomes incredibly laggy to the point of just being functionally useless and feeling generally unpolished. If you are using a large amount of mods, you should see a major performance improvement on this screen after installing this mod. It also just creates a visually cleaner look for the screen which you will be staring at for a while. This also helps make a modlist feel like a cohesive whole, and less like a mishmash of scattered items.
