vB Tweaks: Behold The Leviathan!

Another from my line of mods buffing units I feel should be a bit more exciting. Today's specimen: Vorodai's Leviathan. The ground titans are overall pretty inexciting, but the Leviathan in particular just lacks that -something-. Sure, it's a powerful unit, but I want a top tier titan to have its own oomph, not just be a battery that refreshes other units' cooldowns.

This mod makes three changes:
- Essence Syphoned, the extra armor, now lasts 3 turns, rather than 1 (and still stacks). I may end up making it invuln reduction instead, we'll see.
- Withering Breath, the ability which is barely different from the unit's base attack, is now a free action. This basically doubles' the unit's firepower every three turns.
- Vorodai's Gift, the cooldown reset, can no longer be used on other Vorodai's Leviathans. This is a unfortunate nerf to a super niche tactic (chaining them if positioning requires), but is neccessary to avoid combining with the above for a literal infinite damage combo.
