The first version has been deleted- because it would not allow me to update it.
This is the 2.0 updated version.

Increases Allied starting resources. Decreases research times. Increases O2 for subs from research. Increases intelligence agents and enemy intel defense.

Update: AA structures use 1 power for all levels, 1 day to research, and 1 day to build.
Update: Enables building of all Allied nation naval/airforce units.
Update: AA boosts research. Building a few labs helps boost this.
