DLC7 Compatible

With DLC7 I found that the ancient mod I used to better stack the odds for the player with the addition of more difficult modded content as seen from YAML, Coyote's Missions, Heavier Lances, etc, finally stopped working. As such this mod is VERY much so not balanced for vanilla, and realistically if you are playing just vanilla MW5 the default options are good enough. The focus was to exaggerate the features of each weapon class and bring utility and armor options up as well. Below are all the changes made, all two trait to single trait changes simply mean a singular combined trait:

ALL upgrades were changed to take up only 1 upgrade slot.

BALLISTIC
  • Damage: Unchanged
  • Cooldown: -5%/-10% -> -15%/-25%
  • Range & Velocity: 7.5%/15% -> 10%/15%
  • Heat Generation: -2.5%/-5% -> -5%/-10%

ENERGY
  • Damage: Unchanged
  • Cooldown: Unchanged
  • Range & Velocity: 7.5%/15% -> 10%/15%
  • Heat Generation: -2.5%/-5% -> -10%/-15%
  • Laser Duration: -7.5% -> 20%

MISSILE
  • Damage: Unchanged
  • Cooldown: -5%/-10% -> -10%/-15%
  • Range & Velocity: 7.5%/15% -> 15%/25%
  • Heat Generation: -2.5%/-5% -> -5%/-10%
  • Missile Spread: -7.5% -> -25%
  • Target Lock & Retention: 25% -> 50%

OMNIWEAPON
  • Damage: 5% -> 5%/10%
  • Cooldown: -7.5% -> -5%/-10%
  • Range & Velocity: 10% -> 7.5%/15%
  • Heat Generation: Unchanged

DEFENSIVE
  • Armor Increase: 2.5%/5% -> 20%/30%
  • Structure Increase: 5%/10% -> 25%

MOBILITY
  • Top Speed: 15% -> 25%
  • Torso Twist Speed: 20% -> 25%
  • Turn Speed: 7.5%/15% -> 30%
  • Acceleration/Deceleration: 10%/20% -> 30%
  • JJ Burn Time: 15% -> 50% (This change is geared specifically towards YAML JJ changes, this is not intended for non-YAML games)
  • JJ Refuel Rate: 20% -> 30%
  • JJ Acceleration: 15% -> Split into two upgrades, one for vertical(Leaping) and one for horizontal(Gliding) both at 30%.

HEAT
  • Heat Capacity: 5%/10% -> 25%
  • Heat Dissipation: 5% -> 10%
  • Heat Generation: -5% -> -10%

UTILITY
  • Sensor Range: 10%/20% -> 15%/25%

KNOWN ISSUES
  • Currently the Vertical JJ upgrade (Leaping Jump Jets) shows 0% in the upgrade UI. This is because the default blueprint used in UE has both horizontal and vertical JJ numbers on the same upgrade. The horizontal value is 0% while the vertical is 30% and since the horizontal value is first that is what it shows. It does function in testing and I'll get around to making a custom BP to split the values later. I just really wanted to have a functional mod for DLC7 to use with friends.

Yea sadly if you already unlocked an upgrade you need a new campaign to use it. I found that importing from an existing save sometimes works but I may look into seeing if I can find a way around that.
