Pad - 3x3 turret Outpost - Surge (V1.0.1) - Made in V.153 Beta Branch

A defensive outpost with:

- 4 Cyclones (Can be replaced with any 3x3 turret)
- Can change ammo*
- Togglable Phase and Cryofluid**
- 6 Menders that can use phase, 2 that can't
- 1 Overdrive projector that can use phase
- 1 Surge Tower (can be replaced by any 2x2 block you want)
- 1 Pulverizer and 1 Combustion Generator to help attract air units.

! Water is inputted at the bottom right of the Landing Pad where the phase conveyor is !

* Change code blocks: 2, 17, 18, 22 to @(Preferred ammo) and change the unloaders on the left and right sides of the container to the ammo that you are going to use.
**Toggle whether titanium is able to be imported to the pad or not.


Side Note: I'll probably make changing ammo easier in the future via sorter config
