Stop Walking Home Fix

Fix instances where colonists would walk home from outside workplaces instead of taking trains, even when the train station is available and functioning and they took it to work.

Please note, this will not fix colonists who have already started walking.

This should also fix some of the unnecessary walking between long distance domes.
