County Class Battlecruiser

Description
This ship is designed to be a lightly armoured battlecruiser with flexible options for how you wish to use it. It's primary features are a host of weapon mounting positions (2 spinal-mount railguns included by default) as well as module bays in the main hangar that can be used for:
- Prototech modules
- Modded components
- More hangar space
- Production modules and more

The ships armour is primarily light with heavy plating around core internal components (hydrogen, reactor, jump drives and cargo) with additional heavy armour spaced plating on the outside to act as a sacrificial layer against explosive rounds and light weapons fire. There is also a battle bridge located deep within to ensure you don't get blown out of your seat with the opening shots of battle.

The ship has spaces for 7 crew, a medical bay, armoury and basic food processing facilities. Combined with its own H2/02 generators and a couple of assemblers, the ship is able to sustain itself for longer periods of time well. Access to all major components has been built into the interior navigation so repairs to them should be easier in case of damage.

Important Note!
The ship is NOT capable of landing on a planet or hovering in gravity. It has been designed specifically with space operations in mind.
