OVN - A Little Less Evil Araby Submod

Changes some of OVN Araby's flavor text to make it a little less evil, coming across as more of a ruthless and ambitious slave empire -- cruel, but with a purpose.

1. Changes Jaffar's description from "the cruelest leader" to "the most ruthless leader", and his return is thanks to a "Djinnic" pact rather than a "daemonic" one.

2. Araby's slave edicts use Dark Elf text from vanilla, so I rewrote them to be more specific to Araby.

Fights to the Death - Hold elaborate pit fights between the slaves for the masses to enjoy, promising the champion his freedom... so long as the Sultan is entertained.

Slave-Drive - Crack the whips and work the slaves to their very limits! Some will die, but it is a sacrifice for the glory of all Araby.

Open Markets - Potential clients from across land and sea are invited to take stock of what Araby's slave markets have to offer.

Only modifies text so it's compatible with everything, but if you enable it while playing a Dark Elf faction, it'll overwrite their slave ritual text as shown above.
