Add missing mining recipes

Description
Adds the three mining related recipes/blueprints that were missing from the treasure pool of the Erchius Mining Facility mission.

The recipes are for Mining Chest, Miner's Door, Mining Hatch, Lunar Base Block, and Lunar Base Platform.

They will appear alongside the other recipes in the Erchius Mining Facility mission.

Thanks for pointing those out! I've done some checking, and the recipe for lunarbaseplatform can actually be obtained from player constructed space stations. But it doesn't seem like lunarbaseblock can be obtained in vanilla. So for consistency I'm adding both of those recipes to this mod.

The 'lunarbaseblock' and 'lunarbaseplatform' recipes are also missing in vanilla. Pretty sure they were in the EMF in the beta
