Non-vengeful Treeguards

Treeguards that spawn from woodchopping are no longer deadset on killing the player who spawned them. Instead, they just follow you around and are generally irritating.

Fixed for the 1/16 hotfix.

Since the world-gen setting for Treeguards doesn't properly control whether they spawn from woodchopping or not, this mod replaces the Treeguard brain (which consists primarily of "kill the player at any cost") with behavior similar to Beefalo. Leave them alone and they'll leave you alone, but don't get too close.

This behavior change allows people to join Survival games on any day past the no-Treeguard amnesty period without fear of impending green death while trying to gather starting resources. It also prevents players from griefing by spawning Treeguards and kiting them into bases.
