描述
New subject type : Federal states in order to represent countries like the United states, or any federalized nation.

You can rename them!

Unique government : Federal State, lead by a Governor

They are easy to maintain and give money, very loyal, at the cost of not being able to raise armies by themselves.

Many more things.

new update * added the 'Grant Statehood' interaction for vassals, marches, colonial nations, and dominions. *added a loyalty modifier to make sure all states remain loyal.

*update : added a tribute which scales on population, representing the states tax to the overlord. Also made it so that the states primary culture is the same as the province capitals dominant culture, on were it was founded.
