This map is a sub-part of the “Huge Classical Ancient Mediterranean” map, and is a non-wraparoundable map (a flat map), from Greece and Cyrenaica on west, to Persia on east, and from Anatolia and Transcaucasia on north, to present-day Sudan, Eritrea and Arabia on south.

I made this map so as to be able to have a certain number of Dominion nations, reduced compared to “Huge Classical Ancient Mediterranean” (designed for 30-31 nations), especially for players who like this concept but would like a smaller map.

The names of some provinces, the map borders and some sites have been modified to correspond more closely to a period prior to “Huge Classical Ancient Mediterranean”, somewhere between the 18th century BC/BCE and the 6th century BC/BCE, the Mycenaean and Archaic eras, during the Late Bronze Age and the Iron Age.

This map is the version of Fertile Crescent WITHOUT preset thrones, now there is 18 provinces where thrones will appear preferentially, but any thrones are placed as sites, so thrones are randomly placed and don't follow any lore or themed logic. Localisation of each throne changes at every game, and their guards too.

This map is designed for the 13 following nations (especially EA) : (*=mod nation)
For each era, each lign is designed for one and only one naion, and lists all nations which have a same or a very near capital/spawnpoint/starter. For each era, more canonical nation is listed first.
