Are you on nightly? Looks the code changed. The whip only works on stable version.
I tried disabling the other mods (AutoActMod,MoreNotifications,AutoExplore,AutoEat,FarmDoctor) listed there, but the error still occurs just with only VampireTweaks listed at the top.

I’ll take a look. I usually play and mod the stable version. I heard there’s a blood elixir too.
Great mod! The new nightly version changed the way blood is saved on characters. Previously, each NPC pulls from a predefined pool of meals that always has the same effect even when the same meal is on different NPCs. Now, each NPC has a unique meal effect, and the way blood UIDs is stored changed to be unique to said NPC.
Is there any way to update the mod so that the blood whip works again in the new nightly versions? Since the nightly versions will be coming to stale soon
Thanks! That makes sense. Thematically this could be like a "half-vampire" who has some but not all of the full-vampire's powers and limits.
That sounds like a good idea. I know in the nightly build the dev noa is still making balance changes, so I'm trying not to add or make big changes. Right now, weak to sunlight variable just burns you. I turn off that variable to keeps things simple. Once he's done making all the vampire updates, I might expand this mod to do more things.
Would it make sense to have a middle option between "ignite in sunlight" and "ignore sunlight altogether?" You know, something like "be slightly weaker during sunlight" ... maybe have life and mana reduced by something like 33% or whatever. What do you think?
