Power plants are not needed as power comes from AA structures- more space to be used for something else. Power gained is increased.

AA emplacements use 1 power for all levels, and take 1 day to build.

AA emplacements boost research.

Some main cities start with level 3 structures when starting a new game.

Some cities will have overlapping structures since they have very little space for buildings.

Some smaller cities start with more level 1 structures when starting a new game.

Faster research - Requires a few laboratories for a greater effect.

All Allied units buildable.

Increases Intelligence.
