A Nobel for a Narco

The United States decides to replace the Maduro government with Nobel Peace Prize winning Maria Machado and her ally Edmundo Gonzalez. Destroying the oil and gas industry and drug labs may lead to democratic elections free of Maduro and the 'Citadel of the Sun'.

Oil and gas facilities are easy targets and make up most venezuela exports. Several drug labs must also be destroyed but they can be moved quickly out of detection. The CIA has found roughly where they are but it is proving dangerous to determine their exact location. Search the areas around the CIA camps to find where they are and destroy them. The operation is a strike on financial targets not military targets.

Lastly, the CIA has received intelligence of an oreshnik missile delivered from russia to guarico airbase. It will move out from a hidden location in the area of the airbase to a launch position. At this time can it be detected but you will only have minutes to destroy it before missiles are launched at targets in Florida. Set up a patrol in the area as soon as possible. This will be difficult and you must find a way to avoid wasting missiles on the airbase building itself.

The neighboring countries are neutral and overflights are not permitted.
