Better Whiteboards

Disclaimer: this is my first ever attempt at modding anything in any Source game. I don't really know what I'm doing, or if I'm doing it correctly. For what it's worth, it seems to work correcly on my end.

This mod aims to make the imagery on the two whiteboards found in the Anomaly Monitoring Station look more natural. The original text done using common "fake handwritten" fonts and wonky sketches evidently drawn with a mouse always bothered me, so I replaced them with actually hand-written text and sketches drawn with a tablet - and in higher resolution.
