Custom Game Template

After playing in several wacky draft format games I decided to make this mod, which is just a template for up to 16 custom nations with flags, starting sites and the skeletons of code to much more easily make mods for custom games.

The nations are intentionally generic but differentiated from eachother with unique flag colors, flag symbols, and graph colors, built using in game graphics to not look out of place.

By default every nation is in the Middle Age, has a featureless starting site, can build forts appropriate for the era, can build forts underwater, cannot recruit foreign units, has humans for their starting army and PD, and has no unit roster, although there are commented out humans in the code.

The intent of this mod is to be an easy starting point to mod weird custom games, draft games, nation builder games, etc. but it can be used as a template to make mod nations or anything else you want to use it for. Technically you could play it as is if you want to try a format where everybody plays a nation with no recruits and only a bad starting army and a pretender from the default pantheon.
