By default, Noctis’s head model has a dark shadow baked into it. This isn’t caused by the outfit itself, and it becomes especially noticeable on outfits that expose his chest (even some vanilla sets, like the FF14 outfit, have this issue).

To fix it, you’ll need the Community Texture Patch[www.curseforge.com] mod
