Hey Thanks Paralox, I have it fixed and updated. Issue was bug where it was overriding base games on_game_start effect.

Somehow messes up Catholic Church IO when starting a new game (1.0.8 beta): Only Papal States is member.

Updated to include some paved roads at start and updated the mods screenshots.

Currently working on making a few of the starting routes start out paved. To make the paved roads go in the right places and not just x to x means one location at a time but the result should be cool when done.
