The F20 Lance is the primary light cruiser of the UTC military. It's fast, maneuverable, and has a potent weapon system. These ships often travel in packs, and can easily whittle down larger, bulkier ships. This ship is commonly deployed to combat zones by the UTC and is a common sight in their sectors. Unlike the heavier models, the F20 Lance is only clad in Light Armor and cannot withstand heavy attacks.

The light cruiser was developed after the mainline cruiser and comes outfited with a set of high-mobility nacelles not seen on earlier models. It also contains a more modernized interior with an isolated cockpit, which helps in the event of pirate boardings or hull breaches.

This ship is fully set up for survival and contains a full conveyor system. It comes equipped with a powerful gravity drive that help this beast get into the fray or ram unsuspecting ships.
