Minecraft UI: Hotbar

Modifies Barony's hotbar texture along with the quick action slots to mimic that of Minecraft's Ui
As long as a mod doesn't modify the following files, things should be good:

• /images/ui/HUD/HUD_ActionPromptBacking*
  
• /images/ui/HUD/hotbar/HUD_Quickbar_Slot*

If the retexture does not apply, reorder mod order to prioritize a desired mod
The texture for the hotbar slots is shared with the floor item hover tooltip so the modded texture will be seen there
