Better Valiant for CWH + FFT + TFTR

A simple submod for Clone Wars Holdouts, French Fried Taters, and Task Force The Republic.

The sweeping changes made by FFT and TFTR introduced buffs to many ships added by CWH. This submod increases the shields and health of the Republic Valiant-Class Star Destroyer to bring it in line with the other buffed ships (especially considering a similarly sized Imperial ISD-1 had more shields and significantly more health while being almost half the unit size).

Shield Points: 30k -> 50k
Health Points: 45k -> 83.5k

Also buffed the Valiant's fog of war reveal range and max targeting range to a similar range as the Imperial ISD-1.
