Adventure Mode Thrustercraft BB

A BB that can be used in adventure mode when using a thrustercraft.

It assumes you have somewhat balanced 6 axis control.

It's features include:
Inbuilt pitch and roll PIDs to keep the craft level.
The ability to adjust the set altitude with A and B axis, a PID will then maintain that altitude
The ability to adjust the set heading with the C and D axis, a PID will then maintain that heading
A projector that displays current set altitude and heading
The ability to "lock" the craft in worldspace by hitting the E axis (turning the hologram text green), this will hold the craft still until the E axis is pressed again

By default the min-max altitude is set to 50-200, adjust this as required

I have set my keybinds for A/B/C/D/E axis to be numpad 5/8/4/6/9 to make the control scheme make sense, feel free to adjust that as required
