Immersive Blackouts

This mod adds random blackouts and water shutoffs, creating a more immersive experience.
These events can occur anytime during the week before a full power or water outage, adding tension and a sense of realism to the game.

Each in-game 10-minute interval carries a small chance of events: a 1% chance to turn off and a 5% chance to restore water or electricity.

• Dynamic Water and Electricity Blackouts – water and power can randomly go off (1% chance per 10 minutes) and come back on (5% chance per 10 minutes).
  
• "Self-Cleaning" – once water and electricity are completely shut off, the mod stops affecting the game and can safely remain in your save.
  
• Safe to add or remove anytime – fully compatible with existing saves, no risk of breaking progress.
