This submod allow you to become our favorite strawman of racism: Grand Marshal Garithos. Or in other words with this submod you can genocide any province you directly control as long as it has different culture OR religion than your character. Also it can't have the same culture and religion as your liege. But hey no true racist would allow himself to be subjugated by the very LESSER RACES he wants to purge.

As for compatiblity it should work with every submod that doesn't edit scripted triggers file, so the path to it would be: mod/modname/common/scripted_triggers/wc_scripted_triggers.txt)
