Basic info
Re-balances all Wonders, as well as the two Breakthrough dome designs. Some changes are major, whereas others are significantly less so. Multiple Artificial Suns no longer cause issues with solar panels due to some legacy scripting from ChoGGi.

Compatibility
Incompatible with anything that alters the below mentioned properties of wonders or diamond/oval domes.

Detailed Changes

Artificial Sun:
Can build multiple times
Multiple Artificial Suns can support Solar Panels
Solar Panels now track the closest Artificial Sun
Solar Panel support range increased from 5 hexes to 16 (1104 hex volume)
Power generation increased 50% (1000 to 1500)
Startup time increased 150% (from 10 hrs to 1 Sol)
Startup cost increased 400% (from 1000 to 5000 water)
Startup water drain increased 100% (100/hr to 200/hr)

Artifact Interface:
Drone capacity increased from 50 to 250 drones
Power draw increased 25% (from 80 to 100)
Maintenance cost changed from 3 Exotic Minerals to 3 Machine Parts

Bottomless Pit Lab:
Maintenance cost changed from 3 Exotic Minerals to 3 Electronics
Power draw increased 50% (from 50 to 75)

Diamond Dome:
Vista/Research Point/Outside Building connection range increased from 13 to 15 hexes

Geoscape Dome:
Can be built multiple times
Vista/Research Point/Outside Building connection range increased from 11 to 18 hexes

Jumbo Cave Reinforcements:
Base Exotic Mineral cost decreased 25% (from 200 to 150). In theory, this means that doing all of the anomalies reduces the final Exotic Mineral cost by 50% (from 100 to 50), but this is untested.

Mohole Mine:
Can be built multiple times
Base Metal production reduced 4% (from 50 to 48)
Base Precious Metal production increased 20% (From 20 to 24)

Omega Telescope:
Can be built multiple times (AFAIK, the free breakthroughs only apply to the first)
Power draw increased 50% (from 80 to 120)
Maintenance cost changed from 3 Electronics to 3 Metals

Oval Dome:
Vista/Research Point/Outside Building connection range increased from 11 to 12 hexes

Project Morpheus:
Power draw increased 95%
No longer requires maintenance

Space Elevator:
Export Capacity increased 200% (From 100 to 300)

The Excavator:
Can be built more than once
Base Concrete production reduce 10% (from 50 to 45)

Capital City:
Vista/Research Point/Outside Building connection range increased from 18 to 30 hexes (Using the maximum range may cause service access issues)

Major update:
Integrated solar panel sun check scripting from ChoGGi (no sense in doing the work myself if someone else already has). It's a bit slow to respond to new Artificial Suns in my tests, but it works.

Known issues resolved.

Testing is considered complete on politics-based breakthrough unlocks and the associated mod has been published and (almost certainly) works as intended.

In other news, I am currently testing whether enabling Breakthrough Assistance to be re-enacted allows the breakthrough event to fire multiple times, so that should be a balanced alternative for obtaining all breakthrough techs in the late game.

ChoGGi already said he intended to port that (and other things) over. I don't have time to test his existing LUA, nor to debug it if it doesn't work for Relaunched.

There was a mod for the old surviving mars that made the Omega Telescope give breakthroughs rarely over time instead of just three up front. Any chances of that? I love the mod, just wish the telescope was more powerful
