No Warscore Impact from Tax Base

Nevermind, i forgot to apply the mods. It works.

@Superwilliam I've been playing with the workshop version of this mod on 1.0.7 and 1.0.8 and it works. an easy way to tell is if you click on a location and go to the military tab you can hover over the warscore cost and see what factors are contributing. I will say this mod is probably not compatible with other mods that change warscore costs.

Are you sure this works? I tried a war without the mod and with the mod but the war score is unchanged. This is with a new game, so no existing save.

Amazing mode, can finally take more than 3 provinces in Italy after 1600.
