A remake of my old mod for the latest version!

Re-balances thralls in the following ways:
- All exile factions that were weaker than Heirs Of The North (Asagard's NPCs) have their damage, health, and resistance values increased to match theirs

- Lower tier crafting thralls are heavily buffed (T1 -> T2 -> T3 -> T4 -> T5):
-- Crafting Speed = 1.5 -> 1.55 -> 1.65 -> 1.75 -> 2.0 -> 2.5
-- Material cost reduction = 0.5 -> 0.5 -> 0.5 (all have same as T3 thrall)
-- Fuel cost reduction = 1.3 -> 1.4 -> 1.5

- Lower tier archers and fighters are heavily buffed:
-- Archer Melee: 1.2 -> 1.225 -> 1.25 -> 1.275 -> 1.3 (now T1 is only 33% weaker than T3 which has same as T4 and T5)
-- Archer Range: 1.3 -> 1.325 -> 1.35 -> 1.375 -> 1.4 (now T1 is only 33% weaker than T5, T5 buffed by 33% to have more range damage than a fighter)
-- Fighter Melee: 1.3 -> 1.325 -> 1.35 -> 1.375 -> 1.4
-- Fighter Range: 1.2 -> 1.225 -> 1.25 -> 1.275 -> 1.3

- Lower tier purges & surges have been buffed to be more powerful, but the weakest is around 33-50% weaker than the strongest (vanilla being 25% as strong or even weaker!)

The result is that most enemy thralls on the map have been significantly buffed, and archers have a niche over fighters whereas before they were just outright worse than fighters in every way.

Thrall progression has been revamped:

- Growth points have changed from T1 having 15 and T5 having 20, to T1 having 18

- Distributed points have been equalized so "weaker" areas are still valid sources for thralls in end game

- Gave each faction's converted thralls the same amount of stat distribution as end-game factions, so now the meta isn't an absolute obvious pick

I haven't touched the bonus armour or health they get, torn on equalizing those which gives little reason to go to the harder areas for thralls?


- Growth Points - T1 = 18, T2 = 18, T3 = 19, T4 = 20, T5 = 20

Stat scaling format:
T1 = 6, 6, 1, 1
T2 = 7, 7, 2, 2
T3 = 8, 8, 3, 3
T4 = 9, 9, 4, 4
T5 = 10, 10, 5, 5

- Blackhand (Pirate people) - Strength 5, Agility 10, Vitality 5, Grit 10

- Dafari (Desert people) - Strength 10, Agility 5, Vitality 10, Grit 5

- Dogs of the desert (Hyena people) - Strength 5, Agility 10, Vitality 10, Grit 5

- Exiles (Oasis people) - Strength 5, Agility 5, Vitality 10, Grit 10

- Forgotten Tribe (Northerner people in the west) - Strength 10, Agility 10, Vitality 5, Grit 5

- Hyperborean (Apparently a people that exist?) - Strength 5, Agility 5, Vitality 10, Grit 10

- Heirs to the north (Northerner people in the rest) - Strength 10, Agility 5, Vitality 5, Grit 10

- Lemurian (Swamp people) - Strength 5, Agility 10, Vitality 10, Grit 5

- Relic Hunters (Desert city people) - Strength 10, Agility 10, Vitality 5, Grit 5

- Votaries (Volcano people) - Strength 5, Agility 5, Vitality 10, Grit 10
