Fix for Old World Victory Objectives & Crises

描述
This fixes an error for the changeling script breaking.

It alters and overwrites script/_lib/mod/pow_changeling.lua to try and force it to not load before wh3_dlc24_the_changeling and core functions in the basegame.

So fare i have only tested it minimally. As in the errors goes away and i cant spot anything else breaking.

I have like 280 mods running. If you are still getting s script error find it in the script log and post the error her.

Just activate both mods and it's good to go?

I was still getting a script error from runcher.
