Spell Challenge - Ban Spells

描述

Ban a percentage of spells each game so you can't have all your favourite spells every time

Has the following options:

Set the % of spells to be banned, these spells will get swapped with other spells of the same level
Always ban spells - comma-separated list of spells that should always be banned, using the Spell ID
Never ban spells - comma-separated list of spells that should never be banned, using the Spell ID

Notes:

If the Ban % is 0 then only the always ban spells will be banned
If a spell is banned it will be placed with a random spell of the same level, this can mean you don't get a working wand at start
