Mod updated to version 1.6. Original mod by joseasoler.

With this mod, converting pawns to another ideology becomes more effective when they have a positive opinion of the proselytizer. Likewise, pawns are more likely to try to convert other pawns if they have a positive opinion of them. Shape the beliefs of your colony with ease!

I wanted to try playing without the ability to convert prisoners. To do this, I created a simple mod: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3604648419

And I decided to use Peer Pressure mod as a small compensation.
