RTX Weapon Pack: Custom Edition

Hello! I've been sitting on this for a while, so I figured I'd share it. This is a RTX reanimation pack with default-style weapons featuring new reload and foley sounds, plus new particles and some edited models. I've tried to credit everyone whose work I've borrowed.
