MVM Explosive Headshot for AWP and Scout

gIve it up for mod #376 dedicated to "what if awp and scout were not as ass as they usually are"

A script that tries to replicate the explosive headshot mechanic from TF2's Mann vs Machine onto the Scout and AWP. Getting a headshot while zoomed in will kill nearby common infected and deal damage to nearby specials and witches. Special infected velocity is also set to 0 when they get hit by the explosive headshot.

Range for the AWP is 48 units and range for the Scout is 56 units.
Damage is a percentage of the default damage of the weapon so will be compatible with custom weapon scripts.
