[Obsolete] HRE Demand Unlawful Territory Fix (Acceptance + Nation Release)

This mod is no longer necessary as of 1.0.5

Fix for a bug introduced in version 1.0.2 which causes released land from the Demand Unlawful Territory HRE interaction to change to the emperor's control. This will release it as free countries instead, and fixes some bugs in the acceptance logic


There are two issues with Return Territory:

1. acceptance logic is bugged (uses Emperor's opinion of themselves + Emperor's opinion of target country)
2. The land goes straight to the emperor

What this mod does:

1. Releases countries instead of giving land to the emperor
2. Flips the opinion modifier (so AI accepts if they like the emperor, not if the emperor likes them)
3. If the target country accepts, they get a -100 opinion modifier on the emperor that decays over 25 years. Otherwise, the emperor can just repeatedly demand territory back with no repercussions.

Hello, I was wondering if you could make a mod that either removes the "Holy Roman Figurehead" HRE centralization law or makes it very unlikely to pass. Basically every game the emperor for absolutely NO reason starts the vote on this law and gives himself holy roman figurehead and cripples the empire for the rest of the game and lets france eat everyone on the west for free. :P thanks for reading

Heard Lord Lambert say the issue is that original owner instantly loses their core once they are conquered, so when land is demanded it creates a new tag instead of giving it back to the old core holder. It's getting fixed in the monday patch but thought I'd add this
