not naming files the exact same*

if you can I would suggest not naming it the exact same as the vanilla game files for the files, as unless they changed it from previous games you can usually add some text to the beginning or end of the file name

It's cause the markets they're being built in are lacking in paper and issue in the early game

I have noticed that my build queue is getting stalled because of the lack of paper. Suggestion might be to add a foreign paper building?
