No more flaming javelins!

描述
This is my first mod ever! Yay! The purpose of this mod is to remove what I feel is the ridiculous flaming javelins from the game. In addition the flaming arrows for horse archers have also been removed, but they still have access to heavy shot and whistling arrows. Normal archers will still be able to use flaming arrows.

I did not do anything regarding animations. I simply removed the option to having flaming missles for certain units

Hey is this mod remove any death animation such as slow dying animaions?! or anything like that? thanks
