Greater Catherine

This mod removes tundra requirement from Star of the North (Leader ability), so Catherine has the science bonus in all biomes.

It is a must to play in smaller maps (with few tundra biome) and true start location maps (to play as Cahterine the Great whatever civilization you want without losing the science bonus).
