I'm really surprised no one has done this yet. I really like the measuring tape aesthetic, the Combine was really inspired on this one.

NOTE: The main add-on is required!

@JackOof i have to manually weight paint that, RTX Animation set uses different bones than vanilla

@Oats this mod has a HL:A hand rig you can use for mods, you'll have to use GCFScape to extract it but i've used it for stuff and it works pretty well https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3413339350
