Where is my portal?

During bramfatura raid, you may not be able to find portal. Because game doesn't tell you.
Also map is often red and dark, making you miss the portal.

This mod does 2 things.
1. Make portal visible if fog of war did not exist. It does not disappear if it is not in your LOS.
2. Mark portal on your map.
