3 Peacetime Cabinet Actions, to add more options in a vanilla adjacent way, opinions on balance and additional actions welcome.

So there is a global for satisfaction but not for recovery, i see that now, will be changed in next patch

global_estate_target_satisfaction = tiny_permanent_target_satisfaction doesnt work?

From what i have found there is not

There should be a modifier just giving all estates a bonus, so you wouldn't need all 4. So it would look less bloatet.

I Have added additional modifiers to the Apease estates,I think it looks a little bloated to have 6 modifiers ,however creative input welcome

I've seen the AI use the pop growth, the Pale was using it I noticed after the black death. Will check around see if others are.

at the moment i do not know how the AI chooses cabinet actions so i assume not, and i like that idea about the build up, Will look into that

I think the appease the states option could give some satisfaction buildup speed as well, maybe reduce the equilibrium bonus to make up for it
