Rx - Thermal Reactor

New building: [Rx]Thermal Reactor — Generates high amounts of Power using Fuel, while also releasing heat to support terraforming.
Operates outside domes and requires no water, as it’s fully recycled in the process.
Output can be manually adjusted by the player (variable power slider).
Main stats:
Power production: adjustable, up to 25 units/s.
Fuel storage: 30,000 units internal tank.
Secondary effect: increases global temperature (+25/sol).

New tech: Martian Thermal Reactor – unlocks the building.
