VFE Medieval 2 - No Pillaging Raids

描述
Disables pillaging raids from VFE2 Medieval. I mostly put this together for people who (like me) use Minify Everything, as this causes Pillagers to simply dismantle your walls and run off with them. I had a swarm of 300 guys turn up and dismantle half my base in two in game hours because they don't need any time to pick up items, they just grab them instantly.
