Peasant Militia Enhancement

A small mod that seeks to finetune the militia and give them extra flavour:

• Inn Material Cost for Veterans increased from 20 to 25

• Fighter HP increased by 3
  
• Arbalist HP increased by 3
  
• On Escalation 2 or higher: Gain 1 Random Positive Token on Combat Start

• If Beastmen are present: Gain Block+ when CRIT
  
• If Coven are present: Gain +10% Blight/Burn/Debuff RES & +5% CRIT vs Cauldron
  
• If Courtier are present: on Friendly Skill: Remove Combo
  
• Leading Strike now ignores Riposte

This mod should work fine with other mods, granted they do not touch the peasant militia CSVs. This mod does not make changes to base Effects/Buffs/Conditions (peasants have their own effect/buff/tooltip files).
