Superpower produced buildings

描述
1. Add Cheat Production Buildings: Cheat production buildings that produce 10 units of every resource per level in the game.
2. Adds cheat barracks and cheat naval bases: increases the number of regular troops that can be recruited simultaneously and greatly increases the number of ships that can be built at the same time.

All features are unavailable to the AI.

⚠️ Warning : If the auto-construction feature is enabled, the AI may spam these buildings in large quantities. This behavior is hard-coded and cannot be prevented, so it is recommended to use manual construction whenever possible.

would be nice when the building would use less pops.... i love to play overpowered small countries like venice or even smaller :)
