Polished Up Classic Guard Vest

Significantly reduces clipping on the Classic Vest mod and adds blood to the vest on hurt guard variation, uses Improved Classic Barney Vest *FIXED* as base and uses bloody vest texture for hurt guard variation from Black Mesa Staff Revamp - Classic Guard Vest

Special thanks to AlphaGarg for actually doing this, and thatmoodyguy figuring out that walkie talkie bodygroup also has vest mesh, i just did final polishing.

There'll still be some clipping on places like ragdolls or the hand on the Power Up guard, but it's still significantly improved.
