As always with your new ships, this one is incredibly good to look at, but unlike your other ships, she also seems to be underperforming rather badly. Your other vessels are usually just as good as mine on a same-price-basis, (mostly because you use superior armor) but this one gets bested by a 630k cruiser of mine. I also encountered the capsizing and sinking issues Cornishness reported on. You might want to look at the ammo of the guns, and the range of the missiles if you want a solution that doesn't require tearing the whole thing open.
